Dear Brothers and Concelebrants,
As required by our by-laws, the names of parish council members elected at your annual meetings are to be "approved by the ruling bishop." Given the size of our diocese, individual emails to the Archbishop no longer make sense. Please do not send these directly to the bishop.
This year (whether you have already conducted your annual meeting in preparation for 2021, or you plan to do so in January), please send the following items to the diocese no later than January 30. We will compile these and send them to the bishop en masse.

SUBJECT LINE: Annual Reports - PARISH NAME / CITY
1) Minutes of your annual meeting proceedings.
2) Parish Budget for 2021 (as approved at your meeting)
3) List of Parish Council Members (and their offices) for review / blessing by the bishop (we will assume that with their election, the parish rector or priest-in-charge has no objections)
4) Full names with email address and phone numbers for your:
a) Parish Warden
Again, send these to firstname.lastname@example.org, and not the archbishop.
